Getting your debtors to pay their bills can
be a difficult and time consuming activity
but it's something all businesses have
to confront from time to time. The Away PA can - initially - send polite "Red Reminders" or demand letters (pre-approved) to
your customers. If these don't
produce the desired result, we can then take
the matter through the small claims process
on your behalf. The process is managed
on line and we can provide management information
and progress reports for each stage of the
process. Our fees are very competitive - we charge only 5% of the debt recovered. (This does not include court costs, phone calls and administrative fees.) We can handle small debts, if required, but will make a minimum commission charge of £50, if the amount claimed is less than £1000.
