The Away PA provides a 24 hour audio dictation and task
line, which means that your dedicated PA
is always on the end of a phone!
* Stuck in a traffic jam? Make good use of your time. (On hands
free) call the task line and dictate a list
of things you need to do (so you don't
forget) or ask your Away PA to do them for
you! By the time you get back
to the office, your list will be added to
your online office task list for action,
including those you have delegated to your Away PA.
* Need to summarise the points of the meeting
you've just come out of and set some
actions? Ring the task line and dictate your thoughts
over the telephone. Your summary will
be filed in your designated folder in your
online office and any follow up activities
or associated tasks added to your online
desktop.

* Forgot to send that email before you left
the office? Ring the task line and dictate the details
of your email. Your message will be
picked up within 10 minutes and your email
despatched shortly afterwards.
